Teletherapy, also known as online therapy, e-therapy, or video therapy, is therapy delivered through a virtual platform via a computer. If you’ve ever used FaceTime or Skype, it’s essentially the same thing – except more secure and with a qualified therapist or counselor at the other end instead of a distant friend or relative.

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing. It emerged in Japan in the late 1800’s and is said to involve the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to their patient.

Clinical Supervision
​Clinical Supervision is an opportunity to obtain hours as a LMSW to go to the next phase towards obtaining a LCSW-C licensure. It is completed virtually and it's the time to discuss your cases, discuss Ethics, safety related matters, and other items that occur in practice. According to COMAR Regulations in the State of Maryland for the Maryland Board of Social Workers, the minimum requirement is 3 hours per month for 40 hours work per week or if part time, obtain 1 hour per 40 hours worked of supervision. Supervisory sessions will focus on learning needs and client treatment needs.
